"Robert Palmiotto’s team are helpful and informative (and available! Insurance is one of the most convoluted aspects of adult life. Still, I feel like I always get clarity from them when I need it. I’m also always surprised by how quickly they get back to me, if I ever have to leave a message or send an email. Florida is a tough state to do Insurance, or to be an insured. It’s so crazy expensive and the conditions are pretty extreme (roads and weather), but this team is so on top of their game. At the very least I get the information I need, and can make informed decisions rather than feeling lost in a sea of confusion and rage which would also be a valid response given the ridiculousness that is Florida + Insurance these days. State Farm is what it is, but Robert Palmiotto’s team has consistently done a 10/10 job to help make the experience as seamless as possible for those of us on the insured side."
